Here at the Eldorado Fitness Studio, we believe that whole health is more than physical fitness: It's body, mind, and soul.
Body: We offer a wide variety of Fitness Classes, current/updated equipment, on-site personal trainers to acclimate you to our gym and improve your fitness regimen, as well as opportunities for private and group personal training.
Mind: To show our tremendous appreciation for our members, we also have free nutrition classes, educational health seminars, discussion groups, and even a lending library!
Soul: You can connect with other members of our wonderful community, dance to some great tunes, laugh, and play until your heart is content!

ATTENTION ALL E.F.S PATRONS:
Effective June 15th, proof of vaccination is requirement to attend the gym or classes. Masks are currently required in accordance with the state mandate. Cleaning the equipment after use is still required.
We look forward to seeing all of you and working together to make the gym safe and healthy for all.

Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Strength, Balance & Flexibility
A fun-filled hour of total body strength training using weights, bands and your own body weight as resistance. It's a great fat burner and tons of fun! This class incorporates a combination of Pilates, Yoga and light weights. The movements are done slowly and deliberately to target muscle groups, to build strength and lengthen muscles. There is a cardio boost component, a balance challenge and a final stretching section. All fitness levels will get a good workout!
Zumba!
Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. Come dance with Evelyn and enjoy cardio that is never boring! Class is for all levels. The music is hot and spicy and you will want to move.
Krav Maga
Krav Maga is an Israeli martial art. Developed for the Israel Defense Forces, it is derived from a combination of techniques used in aikido, judo, karate, boxing, and wrestling. It is known for its focus on real-world situations and its extreme efficiency.
This class is not just about self defense. It is about developing confidence and conditioning. You will walk out of your first class knowing that there is always something you can do. The class also offers an amazing and intense workout. All levels welcome.

Training

Weight Training
We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our certified pros teach you proper form and different fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your beach body will thank you.

Core Training
Personal trainers are here to help you get faster, stronger and healthier. Core Training is suitable for everyone at any kind of fitness level. It is an excellent rehabilitation program following injury, taking advantage of the body’s natural movements. Don’t hesitate to start today!

Flexibility Training
Join one of our trainers for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Flexibility Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.
